ВЫВОДЫ

1. Мезенхимальные стволовые клетки, выделенные из жировой ткани, стимулируют восстановление структуры и функции периферического нерва после повреждения.

2. Мезенхимальные стволовые клетки экспрессируют нейротрофические факторы, навигационные молекулы, компоненты матрикса и миелина, необходимые для восстановления структуры и функции нервного волокна. Ключевую роль в способности МСК стимулировать восстановление травмированного нерва играют факторы роста ВБЫР, СБИР и УЕвР.

3. Генетическая конструкция, содержащая кДНК БЭ^, стимулирует восстановление структуры и функции травмированного периферического нерва, что подтверждает важный вклад этого фактора в способность МСК стимулировать восстановление поврежденного нерва. Эффект генетической конструкции рУахЬИЕШЫР на восстановление поврежденного нерва достоверно меньше, чем эффект МСК.
