ВЫВОДЫ

1. Изучен изоферментный состав МДГ и ААТ сухих семян пшеницы сорта Саратовская 29. Обнаружено семь изоформ ААТ и пять изоформ МДГ.

2. Установлено, что три изофермента ААТ существуют в составе комплексов с изоформой МДГ.

3. Разработана схема частичной очистки комплексов и их разделения на отдельные ферменты.

4. Определены молекулярные массы комплексов и выделенных из них изоформ МДГ и ААТ. Их значения оказались равны 110, 60 и 90 кДа соответственно.

5. При диссоциации МДГ из комплексов кажущаяся константа Михаэлиса для НАД+ увеличивалась в 10 раз.

6. Сравнительный анализ изоферментного состава МДГ и ААТ двух сортов пшениц, ржи и тритикале позволил заключить, что их отдельные изоформы способны образовывать бинарные комплексы.
