выводы
1. Выращивание растений китайской капусты (Brassica chinensis L.) при освещении источником с узкополосным спектром испускания в красной (650 нм) и синей (470 нм) областях при соотношении красных и синих л кванюв 7:1 и плотности их потока 400 мкмоль/(м с) приводит к значительным изменениям параметров роста и морфогенеза, донорно-акцепторных отношений в растении, по сравнению с наблюдаемыми при выращивании на белом свету, и к ингибированию генеративного развития на стадии его индукции.
2. Фотосинтегический аппарат при облучении растений узкополосным сине-красным спектром с плотностью потока квантов 400 мкмоль/(м2 с) не претерпевает существенных изменений на уровне структурной организации (мезосгруктура листа и ультраструктура хлоропластов). содержания пигментов и фотохимической активности хлоропластов. Наибольшие изменения под воздействием узкополосного спектра облучения происходят в сопрягающей системе хлоропластов, что проявляется в снижении активности фотофосфорилирования и степени сопряженности транспорта электронов с синтезом АТФ, а также в изменении функциональных свойств сопрягающих белков хлоропластов.
3. Выращивание растений под источником с узкополосным сине-красным спектром испускания не приводит к индукции формирования активных форм кислорода в хлоропластах и не вызывает окислительный стресс в растении.
4. Использование светильника с узкополосным спектром при выращивании растений отражается на характере изменений мезоструктуры листа, содержании пигментов и фосфорилирующей активности хлоропластов в ответ на снижение плотности потока квантов. При плотности потока квантов 100 мкмоль/(м с) под светодиодами мезоструктура листа
108 приобретает анатомические признаки «световых» листьев, а также увеличивается доля нерастворимых сахаров в общем количестве сахаров, снижается содержание хлорофиллов и каротиноидов, при неизменном их соотношении. Активность нециклического фотофосфорилирования и степень сопряжения потока электронов в ЭТЦ с синтезом АТФ в хлоропластах значительно возрастаю г.
5. Увеличение плотности потока квантов со 100 мкмоль/(м2 с) до 400 мкмоль/(м с) в ходе вегетации, при освещении белым светом обеспечивает кратковременную стимуляцию вегетативного роста побегов и возможность перехода к генеративной стадии развития в дальнейшем. Такой же режим при освещении растений узкополосным красно-синим светом не вызывает стимуляции вегетативного роста в системе целого растения, а также индукции цветения. Освещение растений красно-синим узкополосным спектром приводит к снижению скорости адаптации растений к повышению потока квантов в ходе вегетации и делает ее менее выраженной, антиоксидантные системы растений быстрее реагируют на изменение светового режима, но с увеличением возраста растений их защитная функция оказывается менее эффективной.
6. Физиологические эффекты, вызванные длительным освещением растений светильником с узкополосным спектром испускания в синей и красной областях, имеют системный характер. Вследствие этого для конструирования светильников для светокультуры растений на основе светодиодов требуются дополнительные физиологические исследования. При этом необходимо учитывать не только энергетическую, по и регуляторную роль спектральных составляющих освещения, видовые и сортовые особенности реакций растений на спектральный состав освещения.
