Выводы

1. Двигательная активность переживающих in vitro тестикулярных сперматозоидов вьюна изменяется фазически: периоды ослабления движения сменяются периодами его интенсификации. Двигательная активность на протяжении таких периодов может превосходить таковую сперматозоидов из свежеполученной суспензии. Это явление свидетельствует о самопроизвольном «дозревании» характерных функций клетки в лишенной нутриентов минеральной среде.

2. Потеря способности сперматозоидов к движению сопровождается повышением сорбции к витальным красителям и существенным падением внутриклеточной концентрации АТФ, но не может служить свидетельством гибели клетка. Содержание АТФ в неподвижных, проницаемых для красителя сперматозоидах, обеспеченное неизменно высокой активностью митохондриальной системы, сохраняется на уровне, характерном для невозбудимых соматических клеток.

3. Сокращение численности и кинетика падения функциональных показателей сперматозоидов по мере их переживания in vitro хорошо описываются сигмоидальными зависимостями. Переходные процессы, кинетика которых соответствует сигмоидальной зависимости Гомпертца (падение численность элементов суспензии, повышение сорбции витальных красителей), возможно рассматривать как кульминацию процесса старения, как целых клеток, так и внутриклеточных структур, обеспечивающих этот переход. Переходные процессы, осуществляющиеся в соответствии с логистический закономерностью (падение концентрации АТФ), напротив, позволяют предполагать существование эндогенных процессов, противодействующих завершению перехода.

Эпидидимальные сперматозоиды мыши способны переживать in situ при низких положительных температурах в течение 18 суток после умерщвления животного. По истечении этого срока, извлеченные из эпидидимиса сперматозоиды могут сохраняться при той же температуре in vitro от 4 до 21 дня.
