В настоящее время из-за бурного роста вычислительных мощностей моделирование сложнейших технологических процессов вытесняет использующийся ранее метод проб и ошибок. Особенно это ярко выражено для процессов формования материалов в связи с использованием моделирования при помощи метода конечных элементов (МКЭ). Для его осуществления достаточно просто загрузить геометрию инструмента п используемого материала, задать необходимые технологические параметры и параметры материала и установить требуемый режим движения инструмента — работа для обычного оператора ЭВМ.

Однако в моделировании при помощи метода конечных элементов не все так просто. Во-первых, требуется подготовительный этап подбора оптимального разбиения на конечные элементы. Причем на нем может выясниться отсутствие сходимости результатов при увеличении числа взятых элементов (из-за увеличения ошибки расчета вследствие ее многократного суммирования по каждому элементу). Во-вторых, моделирование при помощи МКЭ даже одного процесса занимает довольно много времени, особенно при большом числе элементов. Поэтому без какой-либо приблизительной оценки границ геометрических, технологических параметров и характеристик материала разработка технологического процесса формования материала является чересчур длительным процессом.

В результате методы аналитического моделирования процессов формования остаются до сих пор актуальными. Они позволяют глубже понять физик)' процесса, не рассматривая его как черный ящик, а также дать приблизительные границы требуемых параметров в предельно короткое время.

В данной работе разработанные аналитические и полуаналитические методы применены к комплексному исследованию процессов формования листового материала. Основным затруднением использования аналитических методов расчета для процессов формования является правильный учет поведения материала. Поэтому в данной работе использовались (где это было возможно) наиболее общие закономерности пластического течения металла. Особое внимание в предложенных моделях было уделено аппзотропии материала.

В первой главе рассматривается использование предложенного графического метода для оценки одного из важнейших дефектов при формовании — упругого возврата. Во второй рассматривается построение обобщенной модели для двумерной штамповки. И в третьей главе дается моделирование глобальных и локальных параметров характеризующих потерю устойчивости пластического течения материала.

В каждой из глав дается практическое применение каждого из рассмотренных выше аналитических методов. В первой главе для этого используется тест «омега», во второй в качестве примера дается протяжка через захват и в третьей рассматривается штамповка стакана.

1. Предложена и обоснована модель расчета упругого возврата деформируемого листа в зависимости от механических свойств материала. Установлены границы применимости новой модели. Подтверждено ее согласие с экспериментальными результатами теста одномерного формования профиля «омега» на различных по химическому и фазовому составу стали: однофазная ферритпая с низким содержанием углерода сталь 06Т, ферритная Сталь 10, двухфазная феррито-бейнитная сталь 20ХГ и аустенитно-мартенситная с возможностью реализации ПНП-эффекта сталь 08Х14АН4МДБ.

2. Получена наиболее общая модель двумерного стационарного процесса формования при инструменте любой формы, в том числе учитывающая эффект Баушингера и эффект поперечного упрочнения. Предложенная модель применена к описанию протяжки через простой захват. Сравнение с результатами экспериментов показало ее хорошее согласие с реальным процессом стационарного формования для сгалей разных типов. Изучено влияние механических свойств сталей на диаграммы усилия протяжки в зависимости от силы прижатия.

3. Предложен расчет интегрального параметра потери устойчивости пластического течения — предельного коэффициента вытяжки. Описание штамповки стакана из полученной модели хорошо согласуется с экспериментами по штамповке стакана из сталей разных типов.

4. Измерены зависимости усилия штамповки стакана от перемещения пуансона. При одинаковом начальном радиусе заготовки для полной вытяжки стакана максимальное усилие пуансона меньше для наиболее мягкой Стали 10. При изменении начального диаметра заготовки диаграммы перемещения пуансона при росте начального диаметра заготовки на общем участке практически совпадали, но максимальная сила для более прочных сталей (20ХГ и 08Х14АН4МДБ) росла.

5. Получена математическая модель для построения предельной кривой формования для плоского листа из анизотропного материала. При анализе теоретических результатов было отмечено, что левая часть предельной кривой формования для более пластичного материала лежит выше исходной, а правая часть при этом расширяется. Для материала с большей плоскостной анизотропией изменяется только правая часть предельной кривой формования. Левая часть не зависит от анизотропии механических свойств сталей.

6. Предложена и обоснована математическая модель построения предельной кривой формования для изогнутого листа из анизотропного материала. Кривизна листа понижает предельную кривую формования, причем степень понижения зависит не от какой-то одной из компонент кривизны, а определяется их общим действием. Возникающие при искривлении напряжения но толщине листа повышают предельную кривую формования, однако в итоге кривая понижается, так как их влияние намного ниже влияния неравномерного распределения напряжений и деформаций. Степенной коэффициент в законе упрочнения материала действует также как и в случае с плоским листом - при его повышении, кривая сдвигается в область больших значений деформаций. Степень анизотропии, в отличие от плоского листа, влияет на левую часть предельной кривой формования изогнутого листа, повышая ее в случае меньшей анизотропии механических свойств.

7. Предложенным методом определения перемещений исследована эволюция профиля шейки в образцах с концентраторами напряжений из сталей разных типов. При исходном отношении ширина/толщина=26мм/1мм и концентраторах в виде центрального отверстия диаметром 7мм ширина шейки после начального сужения 15% практически не меняется в процессе деформации и не зависит от типа концентратора для одного материала - меняется в основном ее глубина. У более узкого концентратора шейка более глубокая. Она создает большие растягивающие по толщине напряжения. Поэтому образец большей: толщины удлиняется и утоняется при разрушении больше, чем тонкий. Для образцов с одинаковым концентратором, но из разных материалов путь деформации различен. Это связано, прежде всего, с формой поверхности пластичности.
