6. ВЫВОДЫ

1. Выработка условного оборонительного и пищеотвергательного рефлексов сопровождается уменьшением мембранного потенциала и порога генерации потенциалов действия командных нейронов виноградных улиток на 4 мВ, при неизменном значении критического уровня деполяризации.

2. Пониженные при обучении значения мембранного потенциала и порога генерации потенциалов действия командных нейронов оборонительного поведения сохраняются в течение месяца после выработки условного оборонительного рефлекса у виноградной улитки.

3. Классический условный оборонительный рефлекс у сенситизированных улиток вырабатывается достоверно быстрее, чем при обучении интактных улиток. Обучение улиток после формирования долговременной сенситизации сопровождается дальнейшим снижением мембранного и порогового потенциалов по сравнению с улитками со сформированными условным оборонительным рефлексом и долговременной сенситизацией отдельно.

4. Выработка условного оборонительного рефлекса у интактных и сенситизированных улиток не вызывает изменений электрических характеристик мотонейронов открытия и закрытия пневмостома.

5. Инъекция 5,6-дигидрокситриптамина, истощающего серотонин, вызывает (регистрация через 1 неделю после последней инъекции) деполяризационный сдвиг мембранного потенциала и снижение порога генерации потенциалов действия командных нейронов оборонительного поведения более чем на 3 мВ по сравнению с улитками, которым вводили физиологический раствор.

6. Уменьшенные после инъекции 5,6-дигидрокситриптамина значения мембранного и порогового потенциалов командных нейронов сохраняются в течение трех недель.

7. Инъекция 5,6-дигидрокситриптамина, истощающего серотонин, блокирует выработку условного оборонительного рефлекса у виноградной улитки. У этих животных, обучавшихся после истощения серотонина, отсутствуют дальнейшие изменения мембранного и порогового потенциалов командных нейронов по сравнению с улитками, которым вводили только 5,6-дигидрокситриптамин.
